Weekly Seminars in Sutton Hoo Studies, Live & Online
An ongoing exploration of the literature, language, history, archaeology, and art of Sutton Hoo and its cultural context, the “Golden Age of the Old English-Speaking Peoples.” Our focus in this series is mainly on the Old English epic of Beowulf, but also on related texts, landscapes, and recent work.
1. Monday Mornings Online in Zoomland – 09.30 – c. 12.30 UK time, with a half-time break at c. 11.00. The fee for each online seminar is £15 per person. Please make payment in advance, preferably by bank transfer.
2. Wednesday Mornings Live in Suffolk – 10.15 – c. 13.15 UK time, with a half-time break at c. 11.15. The fee for each live seminar is £20 per person. Please make payment in advance, preferably by bank transfer, or by cash on the day.
